Girl power

The last time I wore red lipstick, it ended up in the wash. Thanks to Dawn dishsoap, I was able to salvage that load of wash. Here is the leg workout that gave me the courage to go back out and buy a new red lipstick:
Pyramid on the Leg Press
(90lbs) warm up with 15-20 reps
(180lbs) 15 reps
(270lbs) 12 reps
(320lbs) 10 reps
(270lbs) 10-12 reps
(180lbs) 10-12 reps
Used a wide stance with toes pointing out!
STRETCH!!!!
Seated Leg Extensions
(100lbs) 15 reps
(120lbs) 12 reps
(130lbs) 10 reps
(140 lbs) 8 reps
Make sure you get the most from the descending movement and pause for 2 seconds at the top!
Straight Leg Deadlift
(85lbs) 12 reps
(85 lbs) 10-12 reps
(100lbs) 10 reps
(100 lbs) 10 reps
Make sure you focus on the stretching of your hamstrings!
STRETCH!!!!
Then go feed your muscles, go ahead and enjoy that delicious vermont peanut butter. Hydrate and bring a soft cushion to sit on where ever you may go, Enjoy!
