Do you procrastinate? More is expected of us and we rarely think of our future selves. We often talk about the things we did pre-kids like keeping a wine and yoga journal when time management was barely an issue.  Exercising self-control is amazingly difficult when you’re as mentally and physically taxed how most parents are.
