Quick Stress Beating Chest Workout

February 25, 2014 by Karen Leave a Comment

If you don’t have the time to meditate try these exercises to kill a bit of early morning stress.

The root of the stress today was a long night with one of boys who refused to sleep.  Not much energy but got a good workout in anyway.

Moderately Heavy going to failure.

Superset. Flat bench DB press + flatbench barbell press
Superset. incline bench  + therapy db floors
End with raised push ups
and flexing in the mirror 🙂
