First nice day in a long time. It seemed like everyone was out. J2, Milo and myself headed down to Fenwick Island for the day while J1 and Karen hung back. It was perfect. Food wise we mixed in some apples,ginger kale fruit smoothies, farm fresh fried eggs, black beans and brown rice in white wine and some flank steak with potatoes and asparagus. Our taste buds were not aware of how much of this was discounted this week. Small victories.
