30 Minutes to Muscle: It’s Arm Day.

December 28, 2014 by Karen Leave a Comment

Monday morning after a weekend of not one but TWO birthday parties for our boys. The eyes did not want to open at 5am. They literally hurt to open at 5am.

This is when true commitment kicks in. What got me out of bed you ask?
Commitment to my family’s happiness. Enough said, here’s the workout:

Superset cable curls  with 15, 12, 10 reps with increasing weight with single arm cable extensions

Straight Bar 12, 10, 8 reps with increasing weight
superset with
Seated overhead tricep extensions

Finish up with Incline dumbbell curls 15, 12, 10, 8 reps
superset with close grip push up with bodyweight 12 reps, add heavybag for 2 more sets of 10 reps

Sleep well and go strong mama’s!
